About Nic Laidlaw
Nic has been in the health industry since 2007 as a personal trainer and is a C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Exercise Coach and Holistic Lifestyle Coach (Level 2). He specialises in corrective exercise, overall wellness programs, pre and post natal training and strength for sport specific conditioning.
